"HAILEY'S POV"
My head spun as I tried to open my eyes, but I couldn't as my head was banging.
The last thing I remember vividly was Kai carrying me on his shoulders after Saje hit me with the wood.
"Where am I?" I said, in a low tone as I could not see properly.
My eyes were blurry but I could tell I was tied to a chair and my ankles were also tied.
"Take," I heard, a voice say as my vision started to get clearer.
I looked up and it was Sage.
She had a bottle of water with her which was already opened.
"Open your mouth," She said.
"What is that?" I asked.
"It's just water," She answered.
I opened my mouth as I was too weak and Sage poured the water into my mouth.
"Thank you," I said, after drinking enough water.
