I was sitting up on the bar stool in the kitchen, holding my shirt while Apollo cleaned my wound.

"You sure you're okay?"

"Yeah, I'm good," I replied. It stung a bit, but it was only a scratch.

"What were you guys doing out there anyway?" Apollo asked. I was about to speak, but the Twins spoke up.

"It was our fault. We wanted Sophia to come with us so she could protect us."

"Okay, but what exactly were you doing?"

"We wanted her to protect us while we replant the Moonflowers." they explained. Apollo finished bandaging my wounds and stood up.

"What are Moonflowers?"

"It's a special type of flower that grows in the caves we used to live in." Fleetfoot started.

"But recently, they've all died and we only have one left. We wanted to replant them so they could grow again." Flyboy added. I pulled down my shirt and gently rubbed the spot where the wound was bandaged. It felt a little better now.

"Why couldn't you wait until morning?" Apollo asked.

"Because the Moonflower only grows in darkness and if any light shone on it, it would die," they explained. Apollo understood and sighed.

"Well, at least you made it home. I'm glad you're not seriously hurt," Apollo turned to me. "Does it feel okay?" he asked me.

I slowly slid off the bar stool.

"Yeah, I'm good," I repeated.

"Alright, I'm going back upstairs. Don't go outside." Apollo said as she climbed back up the stairs.

"Okay, goodnight."

I didn't go back upstairs to sleep, I just turned off the lights and walked over to the living room, picked up a game controller and turned on the console. The Twins came over and sat on the couch with me.

"Aren't you going back upstairs?" they asked.

"Nah, after all that, I don't think I can go back to sleep. I'm just gonna play for a little while." I said as I started a game. I made sure to keep the volume down.

"Sophia, what are you doing?" the Twins asked.

"I'm just playing a video game."

They asked me what a video game was.
