Clean Up, Calm Down

[Apollo] The entire room was a mess. Broken objects and items floated around or on the floor. The large sea sponge bed was dead white and looked as if it had been torn to shreds. A dresser on the far left looked like it was broken in half. What was left of a wardrobe lay broken and pieces of it were scattered around and the whole room itself looked as if there was an oil spill. An inky, black mess spread throughout the room, making it hard to see clearly. Teri rushed into the room and looked around frantically. "What the heck happened in here?" Apollo asked. "I don't know! It wasn't like this before!" "What do you mean?" "This whole room was perfectly neat, I was just in here yesterday after I left to prepare for your arrival. I don't understand what happened!" Apollo entered the room and looked around. "That's so weird. How could this happen in less than a day?" "I don't know! I was here all day after I left!" "Did you hear anyone enter the room?" "No! It's always really quiet around here. I would have definitely heard something!" Apollo swam over to Teri's side. "Woah, okay hold on. Just calm down for a second, okay? Just calm down." Teri breathed heavily, "Yes, you're right. I'm sorry." She was able to control her breathing after a moment. "Are you sure you didn't hear anything?" "Yes, I'm sure. And if anyone did want to come in here, the guards would've alerted me. Usually they just come here to view the library," Teri explained. "Maybe we can talk to the guards and see if they saw anything suspicious last night?" Teri breathed, "Yes, you're right. Good thinking." Teri swam over the bed and out the door and Apollo followed behind. Until they heard something come up from behind and they shifted their heads.
