Chapter five it's now or never

Scarlett's point a view

It's winter break, which means no school for a week, which I am okay with, but the thing that's bothering me is the fact that I have to tell my dad about who I really am.I've been wanting to tell him, but. don't know how to come forward to tell him,I know he is My dad and I am sure he will love me no mater what or who I am.least I'm hoping that when I tell him the secret that's been hidden from him all this time,now that he's finally around and talking to me I definitely have to tell him.

Mr.Print's point of view

Here I am in the kitchen and that is when I saw my daughter coming towards the kitchen I could tell something was bothering her but don't know what, I didn't want to push her to tell me what it is because I know when she is ready to tell me she will,so I didn't say anything except hi My darling daughter,that's when she said hi right back to me as she walked towards the cabord where her favorite cereal is,then went to the other one to get a bowl,spoon and the milk out of the fridge.

before I could even say another word to her, that's when I heard a knock on the door on this cold winter's day,so I walked to the door to go see who it was, as I opened the door that's when I saw the neighbor.

Brittney: good morning Mr.Print is Scarlett awake?

Mr.Print: yes she is she's in the kitchen right now eating but if you want you can come in.

Brittney: thanks (as she walked in)

as she walked in I went into the living room giving them space while hoping maybe Britney can find out what's wrong where I can find out if Scarlett is okay.

Brittney's point of view

As I woke up I heard my cell go off and that is when I saw who it was,so I answered it to talk with her,as we talked I could tell something was wrong with her and so I asked her if she would like for me to come over so we can talk face to face and that's when she said yes to me,so I told her that I will be over as soon as I get dress and that's when she said okay,then she end the call with me.

After I got dressed I headed down stairs and before I could even get to the door My mom called out to me by asking what My plans are for the day, that is when I had told her that right now I was headed next door to see Scarlett she needs to talk to me, that is when I saw the look on her face as if she wasn't okay with that but I ignored it and went over to see Scarlett so she can talk with me about what have no clue but she sounded so confused on what ever it is that she's going through.

Just as I arrived at her front door I knocked and saw the person I didn't expect to see at the door, it was her dad and not only did Scarlett sound confused but her dad also had this look on his face where he was worried, and if I had to guess it looked to me as if he wanted to say something to me but he didn't he just step aside and let me in the house to go see Scarlett so we could have our talk that she wanted to have face to face.

Scarlett's point of view

As I saw her walk towards me in the kitchen I heard her say hi to me and that's when I said hey...................................as soon as I was done eating we both went straight up to My room so I could talk to her about how I am feeling.

Brittney: so girl tell me. what's going on?

Scarlett: well I am so confused.

Brittney: about what hun?

Scarlett: about telling My dad about who I am really like I just don't know how to break the news to him I don't want him to feel so disappointed in me, like I know I have to tell him and facing that fact is hard I want him to love me for who I am I just don't know how to do it and I need your help.so can you help me through this difficult situation that I am going through?

Brittney: you know I will hun and he will love you no matter what plus I think he's waiting for you to tell him something because when he answered the door I saw this look on his face like he was worried and I think honestly it is towards you,so your going to need to tell him eventully.

Scarlett: I know I do I keep telling Myself it's now or never and I really want it to be now it's just I don't know how to approach the situation to him.

Brittney:well I am here with you that way you don't have to do this all on your own.so first things first we need to tell your dad that you need to sit down and have the talk with him then we take it from there.okay?

Scarlett:okay.

After us girls had our talked I held her hand as we head down the stairs to talk with her dad and that's when she told her dad that she needs to talk with him I never let go of her hand,I thought that may be Mr.Print would be not happy about it but instead he was okay with it so maybe just maybe the talk will go great but then again that's just My thought that I was thinking about.any ways the three of us walked into the living room to sit down and talk................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................ I have to say it went quite well I thought it would be like how it short of went with My parents but it didn't he seemed cool with it after all he said he knew the whole time but he wasn't going to say anything he wanted her to come out and say it when she was ready too. I am glad things worked out for her and now we don't need to keep things on the low cause he knew about what she is and he knew about us.

Mr.Print's point of view

When I saw them two hold hands I knew it all along but I didn't say anything I wanted My daughter to when she was ready,and when we three sat down to talk I felt relieved, I will always love Scarlett no matter what I would never push her away I will always support her and her life I am happy that she's happy and that is all that matters.
