CHAPTER TWENTY-FIVE “Enough beating around the bush.” Kel and Georgia walked past rows of potted plants and flowers and stopped at the fertilizer in the back. “What’s up with you and Teddy?” “What are you talking about?” Georgia brushed a gnat off her hand. “He’s possessive with you.” Kel checked out the huge bags of fertilizer on the shelf. “He’s my uncle, so he’s worried about me.” “Why would he be worried?” He struggled with the bag. “Push the cart over here, please.” She did, and he tossed the bag into it and grabbed another one. “He thinks I’m changing because of the money.” She looked at the princess pink polish on her nails. “Do you?” “You’re getting a taste of a life you’ve always wanted and are taking advantage.” He put another bag into the cart “I can’t blame you for that
