CHAPTER TWENTY-NINE
Three weeks later, Wanda, Kel, and Georgia made it to Sissy’s inviting condominium in Honolulu. Wanda and Sissy exchanged hugs and kisses then Sissy introduced her twenty-nine-year-old fiancé Kaili and his older sister Sachi to everyone.
Afterwards, Sissy and Wanda escaped to the kitchen. Sissy kept her home so neat it was surprising to know someone actually lived there.
The soft brown walls seemed to invite people inside as if it were giving a warm hug. In the middle of the hardwood floor sat a square table with wicker seats all around it. A counter with more wicker seats, sat next to the window with the bamboo shades. Sissy reached up and turned on the ceiling fan then walked over to the stainless steel sink between the red stove and red refrigerator.
