“Take care of yourself darling and come straight to my office when you are done with lectures,” Leon whispered softly, kissing my forehead as he dropped me off at the University.
“I will see you soon, husband,” I said in excitement, pecking him on the lips and running towards my class.
I had taken a few more days off school to recover properly and this was my first time at my university in two weeks.
The doctor had insisted I rest and I was too busy enjoying Leon's care to return to school.
“It's finally time to catch up on everything,” I said confidently, as I entered the first class of the day.
Thankfully I was early this time and the lecturer hadn't arrived but the class was already full.
