Dylan stretched and yawned. He and Lynda had stayed up until midnight talking and getting to know each other. He’d fallen into an exhausted sleep shortly after sliding between a pair of insanely soft sheets. Now the sun was just starting to light the sky. He glanced around for a clock, not sure how late it might be. He wasn’t sure how things would compare to Tucson right now. Not finding one anywhere, he got up and got his phone from where he’d left it plugged in overnight. A little after seven. The house was quiet and he couldn’t help but wonder if Lynda was up yet or not.
