Ben drags Ana into a cave where there are many swarms of bats. Ana screams in fear as some of the bats attack her. Ben immediately attacks the bats with his sword, causing the bats to move away.

"Let me go!" Ana tries to hit Ben to hurt the man, but her strength is unable to resist Ben's desire to keep forcing her into the cave.

"Shut up!" shouted Ben, threatening Ana with his sword. Ana was instantly silent. "I won't hurt you if you're willing to obey all my orders."

"Please don't do this to me." Ana sobbed, no longer able to fight her. She had given up her fate this time and if something bad happened to her, she swore to end his own life.

"Sit down!" Ben told Ana to sit on a rock while he built a fire to warm their bodies.

Ana looked outside, she was secretly about to leave, but the man had already known her plan, she was forced to cancel her plan.

"I'm always watching you," he said, although he didn't see Ana directly, but he knew from Ana's voice when the woman was leaving.

The sound of wolves howling came from outside the cave, making Ana, who had no hope before, feel happy now, it meant the wolves came with Xavier. She got up to look outside.

"Don't go anywhere!" ordered Ben, who was angry because he thought Ana was going to leave the cave.

The sound of the wolves outside bothered Ben a lot because they seemed to be challenging Ben to a fight. "These wolves are deliberately trying to make me angry."

A pair of eyes shining from the darkness surprised Ben, but not Ana, who was happy with the presence of the owner of the pair of eyes. "He's coming."

Ben immediately grabbed his sword. "Who are you?"

The pair of glowing eyes belonged to a black-haired wolf who slowly approached Ben.

"Hide!" Ben told Ana to hide while he attacked the wolf.

Ana, who wasn't afraid of the wolf, believed that Xavier must be there as well, so there was no way the wolf would hurt her. She stood calmly.

"What are you doing? Find a place to hide right now!"

The wolves called to their packs and it wasn't long before three more wolves came. The wolf that came was different from the one Ana had seen. The three wolves were red-furred. Ana began to worry because she had never seen them before. She slowly went back to find a place to hide.

"Aaa!" Ben yelled at the wolf pack.

The wolf pack immediately attacked Ben and defeated him. They tore Ben's clothes with a claw. Ben was badly injured. Ana, seeing him, could only scream in fear. Ben tried to fight back with what strength he had left, but it was too much for him, and his last effort was useless. The hungry wolf killed Ben.

Ana was surprised to see the red-haired wolf now showing fangs in front of her. The wolf was about to pounce on her, but it didn't happen because he heard someone's footsteps approaching the cave. The wolf looked out and while they were busy watching outside, Ana immediately ran towards the deepest part of the cave, but unfortunately a wolf realized her intentions, Ana was chased by the wolf.

There was the sound of a sword and the sound of a wolf's pain that made Ana think that someone was fighting with a pack of wolves, she hoped that person would save her life before she died preyed by the wolves chasing her. Ana kept running and the wolf almost bit her dress. "Xavier!" Ana shouted as the wolf was about to pounce on her.

The wolf managed to attack Ana, but did not have a chance to hurt the woman because a sword had slashed the wolf's body.

Ana screamed as the wolf's blood splattered all over her body.

"Are you okay?" asked Xavier who was standing right in front of Ana who was lying in fear.

Ana stood up immediately and hugged Xavier as an expression of her gratitude. "I thought you wouldn't come." She hugged Xavier tightly.

"Thank God you survived." Xavier said weakly because his energy had been drained so much. Finally, because he could no longer stand the pain, he fell unconscious into Ana's arms, who immediately panicked.

"Xavier!"

That night, Ana returned to the castle on a white horse with Xavier, who was badly wounded, in addition to the wounds she had inflicted, the man also had a wound on the left side of his abdomen from an arrow they had shot. It was raining so hard that the slippery, muddy ground made their journey difficult. Nevertheless, Ana tried to control the horse in order to reach the castle safely.

Lightning struck the horse and startled it, Ana almost fell from the horse, but luckily the woman grabbed the horse's reins.

A pack of wolves ran ahead of the horses to show the direction of the castle, which would soon be visible. Ana immediately spurred the horse to treat Xavier's wounds. Finally, after a grueling journey, Ana arrives at the castle. She immediately dismounts the horse and carries Xavier into the castle, although it is difficult to carry Xavier inside due to his heavy body, she still tries to help him into his room. Ana immediately lays down Xavier's body and changes his clothes with the ones in the closet. While treating the wound in the man's abdomen, Ana was silent for a moment, her tears just flowing.

"I'm sorry," Ana said, sorry for hurting him.

Xavier hadn't woken up when Ana finished wrapping her wound in a white cloth. The woman hadn't eaten since, even though her stomach was hungry. She felt guilty about eating while the man was dying.

After a night of unconsciousness, Xavier finally woke up. He saw Ana sleeping in a chair. The beautiful woman made him stop for a moment. "Has he been waiting for me all night?"

Xavier got out of bed carefully so as not to wake Ana, he took a blanket to cover Ana. As Xavier was about to leave his room, he felt a pain in his stomach. The sound of his moaning woke Ana.

"Xavier." Ana went to Xavier immediately. The man's wound was bleeding. "Why did you get out of bed?" Ana immediately put Xavier back into bed.

"Why didn't you leave when you had the chance to leave me last night?"

Xavier looked angry. Ana felt guilty about the man's attitude towards her. After all, she had saved her life, so how could she leave the man.

"If you want to leave, then leave now!"

Ana was surprised to hear the order, this was a good opportunity for her. She didn't want to miss this chance. Ana immediately ran out of the castle.

"What are you doing, Xavier?" The black-haired wolf questioned Xavier's willingness to let go of Ana, even though she was the man's only hope of breaking the curse that kept him in torment.

"She doesn't love me." Xavier could only resign himself to his suffering a little longer, without the slightest hope. It was impossible for him to have a woman with a monster-like face and body who would truly love him.

"You're the one who doesn't want to love her." The wolf was furious.

"She said I was a monster! I am a monster! Did you hear that? She just thinks of me as an evil monster." Xavier laughed in tears. "Now he only has feelings of guilt towards me because I hurt him by saving her life. She has no love for me."

Ana smiled as she saw her house. After walking all day to get home, she finally found her house. Everyone stared at her sarcastically, which made Ana wonder.

"Why did she come back, didn't she leave with another man?" A woman dressed in yellow whispered to her friend dressed in orange as Ana passed a toy store.

"Today is her wedding day." The woman in orange said.

Not knowing the real situation, Ana only hoped that her family would be happy to see her, but when she arrived home, she saw no one in her house.

"Father. Mother. Where are you?" She searched the room for them, but they didn't come to greet her.

There was confusion, and for a moment he was silent.

"Don't you know that today is your little sister's wedding day with William?" said the old woman who stood in front of Ana's door. She looked sarcastically at Ana, who was surprised to hear the news.

"Today is my wedding day with him," Ana said to explain the woman's misunderstanding.

"You decided to marry William to your stepsister because you ran away from marriage."

"That's not true!" Ana was shocked to hear that she was being slandered. In reality, she had not run away from marriage, but had been deliberately thrown into the abyss by Isabella.

"They're getting married soon."

"No! I must stop this marriage!" She ran to William's palace immediately.

Isabella smiled as she looked at her face in the mirror. Today he will marry William. Sonia came with a worried face, the woman immediately whispered, which made Isabella uncomfortable and also worried. "Where is the girl?"

"She is at the gates of this palace."

"Don't let her stop my wedding." Isabella immediately goes outside to meet Ana.

Ana begs the soldiers to let her in. "I must see Mr. William to explain everything."

Isabella saw Ana crying outside the gate. She came to her immediately. "Get out of here!"

"I should have married him!" Ana shouted angrily and was about to attack Isabella for daring to wear the wedding dress that was meant for her.

"Throw that girl out!" Isabella orders the soldiers to kick Ana out of the royal quarters.

"William!" Shouted Ana, who didn't want to leave. They drag Ana out of the palace. "William!"

"Kill the girl!" Isabella ordered Daniel, her faithful bodyguard.

"Let me hit him!" Ana tried to fight the two soldiers dragging her away.

Daniel followed on his horse. He saw Ana being dragged into the forest by the soldiers. The man immediately drew his sword, ready to kill Ana.

The two soldiers were shocked, as was Ana, who heard the sound of horses galloping toward them. Daniel attacked with his sword. The two soldiers immediately let Ana go because Daniel signaled them not to interfere with his work. Ana knows she is in danger. Ana immediately runs to save her life.

In a dangerous moment, Ana actually remembers Xavier. "Xavier!" Ana shouted as Daniel's sword was about to hurt her.
