Chapter 2 : The Love Song

“A lonely wolf?”

the sound of endless typing echoed throughout the room, Rose talks to herself about the collection of puzzles she got that night.

Hans' words kept repeating in her head a week ago.

“Injustice to all three..”

“It's obvious Natalie is William's lover, if it wasn't to protect the two, why did he accept the engagement? even if they are friends though there will definitely be conflict in the process.”

“Very diligent huh?”

Rose ignored those words, slowly jasmine walked closer to rose and saw what rose was doing.

“It's past midnight, strange to see you in the office. want to mock me?”

“Hmn how dare I?”

“I thought so, how was the meeting?”

“Ah yeah right, the other members will have work for a while as well as noah who will be out of town for a few days. only me and Sakura's disappointment are left in this house.”

“Disappointment?”

“You know how much She Adore you.”

“Thank you but for now i got this, just focus on your coming up exam.”

“It's easy if you see the books you have on the table, you work really hard so you are the dilligent one.”

“Really an observer, thanks. ah Noah told us a little about your case.”

“Yes sure,I'm going first. I just stopped by to pick up these damn books.”

Without taking her eyes off her computer rose waved at jasmine, rose was silent for a moment thinking about the conversation just now and she smiled.

“Romeo and juliet huh? looks like I have to visit somewhere.”

As if having solved the puzzle, Rose seemed to be preparing for the next step. He wrote a message to Hans' assistant to meet at a cafe near the park in one week.

“This Will be fun.”

Couple days latter at Hans Hotel

Hansel's family manages several entertainment venues, one of which is a five-star hotel named Arielle which is fully managed by Hans.

*Knock knock*

“Come in.”

The door opened and Zoe walked into Hans's study. Hans immediately looked at her and she just smile brightly.

“Rose asked if we could meet at a cafe near City Park for next Thursday.”

“Cafe near city park? isn't that the new cafe near your apartment?”

“Thats right sir.”

“Ok please arrange the schedule.”

Zoe bowed and nodded lightly,then she realized the book that was on Hans's desk. it looked like he had just finished reading it.

“That book..”

“Ah this? conversation with rose made me want to read it immediately.”

Hans shows Wiliam's novel which was the last time rose mentioned.

“So? you don't usually read romance novels.”

“Haha that's true, maybe because in this book there are some things that are familiar. quite interesting.”

“I hear that novelists often incorporate their life experiences into their writing, maybe that's why you find it familiar. Both of you are good friends after all.”

“Hearing you say that makes me miss them even more.”

“Ah an hour ago she went somewhere, she said he would be back in the afternoon. do you need anything?”

“Yes, she asked me to find out about something and i got it. I wanted to give this to her but I have business in an hour.”

“Thats bad you can leave it to me, after all I also have things to give her.”

Iris left a thick document and a flash disk to Jasmine which she then stored in her desk drawer and Jasmine continued her work.

About a view hour later rose came, she approached jasmine who was focused and tapped her shoulder slowly turning jasmine's attention to her.

“Rose.”

“Did I make you wait long?”

“No you came at the right time, i have completed your request and you are right”

“Everything is clear then, I just have to confirm a few things.”

“Kinda scary how did you know all this, and yes iris left something for you earlier.”

“I'm a little sad you think I'm scary.”

“You took that as a compliment yesterday.”

“Well human heart is easy to change. let's see what this is.”

Rose pulled a chair and sat next to Jasmine's desk. Watching Rose open and read the document given by Iris, she was soon surprised by a sudden smile from Rose.

“I found the culprit.”

“How could that be? what does iris look for?.”

“I asked for her help to dig up information about some drug.”

“Ilegal one.”

“The culprit bought some illegal drugs when combined with the data you collected..you can figure out who the culprit is.”

Responding to jasmine's words, rose just chuckled.

“Well, it's a secret I'll tell you later.”

Jasmine seemed dissatisfied with the answer but just let out a long sigh, Rose then left.
