Chapter Ten Blood, sweat, and tears. By 5.30pm I had been parked outside Fitness Today for about thirty minutes, watching the doors of the building. Afternoon was becoming evening and the sky filled with deep amber as a reluctant sun melted into the west. After my run-in with arena security almost became a run-in with police, I was grateful to escape the riverside undetected.
