Back in time

ALEX'S POV

I drive through town on my way to my best friend's engagement party and if I'm being honest with myself it's really hard being back here I hated this town so much growing up the only thing that made this place bearable where my best friend Jack and his little sister Olive with them by my side I could do anything. Their mom mrs V has been a mom to me since loosing my own and I know she would be disappointed if I did not show up that is the only reason why I came.

I don't know if I want to see Olive, seeing her with someone else is so painfull and last time I spoke to Jack he said she was seeing some jackass doctor from work I think he said his name is Mark.

I fell in love with Olive the day she hit puberty I saw her for the first time as a woman and not a little girl. I must be sick we grew up together like brother and sister and now I'm inlove with my sister and hate every man that laid eyes on her. But I know we can never be anything Jack would kill me he told me so. We were 19 she just turnd 16 our first break from college and he saw me looking at her almost drooling.

"Alex that's my little sister, your little sister you ever touch her I'll cut you up and feed your dismembered body to the wolfs" I'll never forget his words to me that day.

I get to the hotel where the party is and park my car in the parking lot sitting in silence for a few moments. This weekend is going to be very long. I compose myself and get out of my car. When I enter the ballroom the party is in full swing and I see Jack and his fiancé Sam standing at the bar talking to mrs V.
