I wake up to find myself facing away from Alexia who was now half hanging off the bed. I start pulling her towards me to get her onto the bed.
She opens her eyes and smiles over at me, saying, “Good morning gorgeous. I could get used to waking up to your face. How did you sleep?”
“I slept pretty good but I don’t think you did. I found you hanging off the bed. You did not look comfortable, that’s why I was moving you,” I tell her, sitting up in the bed to check my phone.
“Now that you mentioned it, I do have a bit of a kink in my neck. I must’ve been sleeping weird,” she says, rubbing at her neck while moving it to the side.
I get out of bed and grab my phone, seeing that it’s six in the morning and I don’t have any missed calls or messages from Annabelle. I guess I should get changed into something different and get some breakfast. I pull a change of clothes out of my dresser and quickly change my clothes, sticking my dirty clothes into the hamper in the corner of my room.
“Did she message you?” Alexia asks me as she gets up out of the bed. She rubs her neck some more then wraps her arms around me.
“No. Either she’s still sleeping or she’s busy with other stuff. I’m going to get some breakfast. I’m pretty hungry. How about you?” I ask her, turning around to look at her.
“I am, yes. I could definitely eat. Do you think your aunt is up making breakfast now?” she asks me.
“Maybe, there’s only one way to find out. But first I need to go pee,” I tell her, giving her a quick kiss on the lips before turning to leave the room.
Alexia grabs me and kisses me more deeply after pulling me close to herself. She pulls away, looking me straight in my eyes and says, “That’s how you kiss someone. Not that light kiss you just gave me.” She smiles as she says it.
“Alright. I get it. Can I go pee now?” I ask her, turning back around.
Alexia moves passed me and opens the bedroom door, saying, “Yes, you may go pee.” She follows me out of the room, heading towards the kitchen.
I go into the bathroom, closing and locking the door behind me. I love Alexia. But some times she can be a little bit s*x crazed. Walking over to the toilet I pull down my shorts and panties then sit down, letting out all the pee I had built up inside of me over night.
Once I’m done I quickly wipe myself off and flush the toilet, walking to the sink to thoroughly wash my hands. With my hands washed I unlock the bathroom door and head to the kitchen where I find Alexia sitting at the table talking with Guinevere while she was making breakfast.
“Oh, good morning Rose. Alexia was just filling me in on all that went on yesterday when you were with Annabelle. She also mentioned that you were hungry so I’m making pancakes,” Guinevere tells me as she flips the pan cake in the pan.
“Oh, did she now? It is true. I am hungry. Did she tell you everything that we did yesterday or just part of it?” I ask, sitting down at the table beside Alexia.
“Pretty much all of it. I’m a fast talker,” Alexia tells me, taking my hand into hers to play with my fingers.
“I’ve noticed. But I didn’t think you could talk that fast. I was in the bathroom for maybe five minutes,” I tell her, interlacing our fingers.
“She told me that the man your friend bought that building from is a murderer that is now stocking her. Alexia said that she had to drive around to make sure he couldn’t follow you,” she tells me as she piles some pancakes onto a plate.
“Everything Alexia told you is the truth. If not for Annabelle and her special gift we wouldn’t even know he was a dangerous man,” I tell her honestly.
“Annabelle’s gift? Does she do something special that I don’t know about?” she asks me, putting some more pancake batter into the pan.
“She does. She doesn’t really want people knowing that about her, but I guess I can tell you. She’s psychic. She’s able to see things off people that touch her or she touches. She saw something in the past that Alexander did. He murdered some girl. She had blonde hair and blue eyes, and almost looked like Annabelle, according to what she told me,” I tell her as I look over at her flipping pancakes.
“Wow, that’s crazy. I didn’t even know people could do that,” she says, sounding stunned.
“Yeah. I was shocked when she told me too. But I had to believe her because she knew stuff that someone couldn’t possibly know unless they could see the future,” I tell her, remembering the day Annabelle got attacked on stage and that man was shot in the head right in front of everyone. I’m actually surprised the cops never came around after that. But I guess we got away a couple days later and the cops got Dalia now. I hope she dies in prison.
“She sees the future too? What has she seen of the future that you know has happened?” my aunt asks me, turning off the stove. She sticks the spatula into the sink and brings the plate of pancakes over to the table.
I grab a pancake of the pile and start eating it. I’m so hungry I don’t need any syrup on it to satisfy me. “When I was hanging out with Annabelle outside the building we were being held prisoner in for the first time, she had a vision. But at the time I didn’t know what it was. She warned me not to help her if something happened and to stop anyone else from helping her. After it happened, what she had foreseen, I needed to know. I asked her how she knew that was going to happen. She told me that she gets visions sometimes, they come on at random and she has no control over them, just most of the time it’s not good. She told me what would’ve happened had she not warned me. I would’ve been knocked out and Angela, another girl that was with us would’ve been shoved off the stage and had her neck snapped. She saved us,” I tell her, eating more of my pan cake.
Alexia’s eyes go wide as I explained the vision, she squeezes my hand and says, “I’m so glad you trusted her. That could’ve killed you. She only saw you becoming unconscious but your head could’ve cracked open being shoved at that force.”
Guinevere places some plates in front of us and puts the syrup on the table beside the pancakes then sits down. “It’s definitely a good thing to have. So, if she has no control over her visions then how does she get vision’s off touching people?” she asks me curiously.
I place a pancake on my plate and pour syrup over top of it. “When she turned 18 her powers awaked and started to grow stronger. She can get visions now just thinking about people and a specific time. She’s pretty amazing,” I tell her, cutting my pancake up.
“That is quite impressive. I wouldn’t mind being able to see into the future or the past. To truly know someone and whether or not you can trust them,” Guinevere says, shoving some pancake into her mouth.
We sit around the table eating our pan cakes and not saying anything else on the matter. Once we finish up we all get up and clean our plates off.
“Thanks for breakfast it was delicious as usually,” I tell my aunt as I walk out of the kitchen.
“Yeah, thanks a lot Guinevere, you really know how to cook a good meal,” Alexia says, smiling over at my aunt.
“You’re both welcome. I’ve always loved cooking so I enjoy cooking for people. Don’t be strangers you two. I’m going to head up to my room and get changed for my date with Joseph but I’ll see you later tonight,” she tells us as she heads towards the stairs.
I head back to my room to grab my phone with Alexia following after me. I pick my phone up off the bed and see that we spend an hour already and I still haven’t heard from Annabelle. I’m going to call her and see what’s going on. I dial her number and wait for her to pick up.
“Hey Rose. I was going to call you after breakfast. We’re all just eating breakfast now. We ordered room service and we just got it. I called the cops about Alexander so hopefully they catch him soon,” she tells me, not even waiting for me to say anything.
“Good morning to you too Annabelle. I assume you found some proof to get him locked away,” I tell her, waiting for an answer. I was not expecting this when I called her.
“Yeah. I went back to the vision when he killed her, I watched to see what he did with her afterwards and found that he buried her in his backyard. They’re getting a warrant to search his property. And good morning to you too.”
“Well, that was a stupid place to bury her, didn’t he think he would get caught?” I ask her, curious.
“I would guess not. His backyard is surrounded by trees, no one can see anything he does. Anyways. I want to finish eating breakfast cause I’m quite hungry. But you can come get us in thirty minutes. I’ll call you when we’re ready to leave,” she tells me.
“Okay, I’ll see you at 7:30 then. Enjoy your breakfast,” I tell her, ending the call. I stick my phone into my side pocket and sit down in my hammock chair.
“So, we have to wait another thirty minutes before going to get them,” Alexia asks me as she sits down beside me in my hammock chair.
“Yep, they’re eating breakfast. They ordered room service and just got their food. So we have some time to relax and just be together,” I tell her, leaning against her shoulder.
“So, did I hear that conversation right? Annabelle called the cops on Alexander?” she asks me, putting her arm around me.
“It would seem that way, yes. She called them this morning some time before I called her,” I tell her, turning my head to look at her.
Alexia smiles and presses her lips against mine, kissing me.
We start making out right there on my hammock, no better way to spend the time. I wrap my arms around her and breath into our kiss.
After awhile we stop kissing to catch our breath.
I take out my phone and look at the time. “Looks like we killed twenty minutes kissing each other. How about we head over to the hotel to pick them up?” I ask her, knowing it would take us some time to get there.
Alexia gets up off the hammock and grabs her phone, putting it into her pocket. “I’m ready if you are,” she tells me while smiling.
We head out of my room and head straight to the garage to get in the van and head to the hotel to pick everyone up.
