Chapter 25 - The DateDressed, and oh-so not ready for my date with Stefan, I strode out into the odd-shaped room—what I would refer to as the Octagon. Music played from several speakers. It was like I was in a concert hall. I knew it was only a CD, but it sounded so real it made me think there was a quartet playing somewhere in the penthouse. I knew I was expected in the dining room to my left, but thinking about Dante's suggestion, I took a detour and stepped across the Octagon into the living room.
