"Hello, Doctor. Prince Prithviraj Rathore," Prithvi said with a gentle smile which he rarely gives to anyone.
"Nice to meet you, Sir. I'm Dr. Ayush Bhardwaj," He offered his hands to shake, and Prithvi shook his hand with him.
"How can I help you, sir?" Dr. Bhardwaj asked. He was young and gentle.
"Actually, five years ago, my wife was hospitalized here, I want to know her medical records," Prithvi requested politely.
"Sure sir, but do you know the case number or hospitalization dates or anything else?" The doctor asked but he didn't know anything about it.
"Well, I don't remember but will you check it by her name?" Prithvi asked.
"It is quite difficult but we can try," The doctor said and he called the other medical officer, who handles the records of the patients.
