A blinding pain shoots through me, I'm positive I hear Mist whimper. Another pain causes me to scream, Lex comes rushing to me,
“Fal, Fal baby come on. What's wrong?” I want to answer him, but I can't get my brain to work, I can feel my body shutting down. What the f**k is happening? Was that Mist? These were the last thoughts, before the darkness takes me. The last thing I heard was Lex pleading with me not to leave him.
It's peaceful, the pain has eased off, I feel like I'm floating. There is a light up ahead, it's bright in the darkness. I feel nothing, no pain, no sadness, just a lightness. Am I dead? Is this the afterlife? I feel like I am floating closer to the light. I can feel a presence, there is a silhouette ahead.
Is it Lex is he with me? Is this a dream?
