Author’s Note
I still can't believe this series is now complete! I published Rescued by Bears (back then called Polar Destiny) almost two years ago and it's been such an amazing journey ever since! For a story that was intended for an anthology, Isla and her bears have come rather a long way and so has the world they live in.
I used to work as a science journalist and I've written a lot about climate change. Having the series set in a world after the rising of the sea levels was inspired by that and I keep getting pulled back to this world. My Mars Diaries are also set in the time of the Drowning and so is another shifter series I'm currently working on.
I'm pretty sure this is the end for Isla and her men though. They deserve some peace and quiet with their growing family without intr
