Again, at the pack’s bar. I had been coming here often since my rebirth, but tonight was different. Tonight, I was with Alpha Mich. He had called me earlier, demanding we meet here. “What would you want?” he asked, his tone deep and commanding, more of an order than a question. “Just a drink. Maybe citrus juice,” I replied with a faint smile. Almost immediately, a waitress appeared with an orange juice set on a ceramic tray.
