Aria’s POV
My eyes flickered open, then shut, then opened once more. At first, everything was blurred, as though I was peering through layers of fog. A sharp ache throbbed in my chest, reminding me of the last thing I remembered: blood, pain, the voice of Alpha Mich crying out to me, and then darkness. For a moment, I was convinced I had died in his arms, that my final breath had been drawn.
But then… why were my eyes still opening? Why was I still conscious?
Confusion wrapped around me like a shroud. My thoughts scattered, struggling to catch up with what my senses were showing me. Slowly, I began to truly see.
The place before me was nothing like the world I knew. No trees, no skies, no grounds of earth or stone. Instead, everything was flooded in pure brilliance. Endless white light
