** Xavier** I watched as she dragged her wounded legs through the quiet halls, her steps uneven. The rain outside tapped against the windows in a quiet rhythm. Her body seemed to follow it. The corridor lights flickered faintly, casting dull gold streaks across her soaked figure. Her shirt clung to her like a second skin. Every curve, barely hidden. Damn it.
