Treon took Amber to Brigitte’s castle the next night so she could collect Ronan. It didn’t take her long to find that he’d been moved to the same room that the bracelet’s were stored in, either his bracelet active or wearing one Brigitte had placed on him. She stayed on Treon’s back while he flew around the tower. Mentally searching the area, she drew in a quick breath.
“What did you discover?”
She didn’t answer him. Had no idea if she should let anyone know there was an egg in the tower room. An egg that she was pretty certain contained two hatchlings. She really needed to be closer to know for certain and to tell if they were Gold. “I can’t get him out. There are too many warriors in the room with him.”
“What do you want to do?” Treon did another lap around the tower.
