Zora’s POV
As we prepared to bid farewell to Alpha Darren and his family, a sense of gratitude filled the air. “It was nice to have you here, and we hope you visit us again,” the Alpha expressed warmly, his words carrying the weight of genuine hospitality. Standing beside him, the Luna added her own invitation, “You can come back anytime.” Lucian responded with a gracious smile, “Thank you for your hospitality; we’ll be sure to remember it.”
Amidst these parting words, Lily stood on the sidelines, her gaze lingering on Lucian. It was obvious that she was displeased with the fact that she could not get Lucian to promise her more but she managed a smile and wave and we made our way to the waiting carriage.
“I hope to see you again” she called out and Lucian nodded, returning her wave.
