Anna looked around the basement and the metallic smell of blood hit her nostrils, her eyes widened in shook as she looked at the man before her who was badly beaten she turned to looked at Pedro who stared into space indifferently,..

" your orders are to keep him alive " Pedro said to Anna in a monotone.

Anna looked from Pedro to the bleeding man before her n horror, where would she start from she wondered, apparently he has lost a lot of blood and he was severely battered and barely unconscious, his wounds looked infected there was mud and blood glued to his entire body framed .

who was Leo she wondered apparently he was a dangerous man , the devil? how did her father get involved with a man like him she wondered , she turned to Pedro squarely

" he is beyond saving" she said quietly " I can keep him going for a day or two but he wouldn't survive "

Pedro ran his hand through hair in perplex , and signalled to one of the men around who took the man to a room.

" tell me what you need " Pedro said to Anna

Anna sighed and told him what she needed, she couldn't shake of the feeling that she was being watched she turned around to check she saw no one.. she felt cold , she shivered what was this place .

Leo sat in a corner concealed by shadow watching her as she shifted her leg balancing her weight one could tell she wasn't comfortable but who would be ? , surprisingly for someone so timid she was handling everything better than he anticipated, he smirkedas he thought a rose in the dark will surely wither .

Leo wasn't sure he wanted to be in close range with her after what happened last night , she stirred emotions in him he has surpressed for a long time , he wasn't going to lower his guard around her , her warmth was inviting he remembered how she felt against him last night , her breath like vanilla and strawberry ,was she is light or she will succumb to his darkness.

Blanca walked in and approached Anna whose face looked white with horror, she has been avoiding Blanca after what happened in the bathroom she was pretty sure she wasn't attracted to females , but Blanca unlocked something in her she didn't know was there she took a step back unconsciously , Blanca paused seeing Anna's reaction has the girl come to fear her she wondered .

" you good ? " Blanca asked

" yh just a little bit shaken " Anna said almost out of breath as her heart was beating widly in her chest, and she broke into sweats ,

Blanca looked at Anna's face in concern

" are you alright you look pale " Blanca said placing her hand on Anna fore head she was burning up ." let me take you to your room you need to rest "

" no ....,I have to be here I have a job to do I can't leave " Anna said shaking her head in disagreement.

Blanca arched her eyebrows in confusion she wondered what had gotten to her , Anna seemed very different from how she was when she first arrived it was almost as if the light in her eyes had dimmed but who could blame her dealing with a Brute like Leo .

not that Anna knew it she had see what transpired in her room with Leo and she heard what was said to Anna.

" you need to stay alive no matter what " Blanca said to Anna looking at her directly in the eye before walking off .

Anna stood looking at Blanca walking off , she wondered why Blanca sounded upset , almost as if she was angry , Pedro walked in leading her to room.

Leo had watched the entire drama unfold and he smirked this was interesting he never questioned Blanca sexuality until now, he clenched his jaw she can't have her she is his property she is his and his alone , Blanca is his cousin very defiant and stubborn she reminds him of his twin brother in a way,the both have the same passion , the same weakness and God forbid Blanca would meet her demise in his hands Leo sighed things were surely about to go crazy.
