"Allie are you in your room" my older brother yells walking up the stairs.

"Yes, Tobbie I am!" I shout from my room.

"Some kids at school told me about this house!" he said walking into my room.

We have only been here a few months how does he make friends so fast?

I thought to myself.

"Mom..." he cut me off.

"She is not our mom, mommy is up dancing with the stars!"

I rolled my eyes and looked at my brother and said. "No mommy died in the acciendt." He looked at me like I was older then I am "So... are you gonna tell me what your friend said?"

"Yeah, he said that a little girl lived here with her family. She went missing and to this day she has never been found. Everyone thinks her dad did it." He says in a scary tone

"Why, do they think her dad made her go missing?" I ask.

"She made a call the night. She told the cops who she was and that her dad was drunk and hitting her and her mom again! They questioned him and he had no idea what he did he was to drunk."

"How do they know he isn't lying?" I question."They made him take a test that tells us if he lied." He explains to me.

"Oh." I said a tad bit sad.

My brother hugs me."you know i love you right." its time for him to go to school.

Luke calls from down stairs "Tobias your going to be late for school come on bud, hurry!"

Tobbie runs down stairs. and I sit on my floor and toss a ball at the wall on the other side of my room. I missed the wall but i hit the corner on the floor and it makes a weird noise. I go over to the corner and tap the floor. "It sounds empty under here." I say quietly. I put my hand on the board to stand up and it was wiggly. I got the board up and before i could see what was under there I heard a female voice behind me. It was Sky asking me if i was hungry she had made breakfast. They decided to wait till I'm five to send me to school.

I go eat breakfast and then go back up to my room to see what was under the floor board. I find the spot just a little ways from the wall and I pull up the floor board and find a diary. I hear sky coming up the stairs. I put the diary back and cover the hole in the floor. She comes in and says. "Alright we have to go to see detective Cooper today.

"i don't want to talk to him thought not without Luke." I cry
