Rory was confused. He looked at the nurse and said blankly, "What do you mean? Who died in my hands?"
Really though, he was nothing more than just a lowly intern, in charge of doing ultrasounds for patients. He didn't even have the qualifications to give consultations to patients, what more perform surgery on any of them. Even if someone died, it shouldn't be his fault.
The nurse said, "Didn't you do a scan for a pregnant lady a few days ago? You said in your report that the pregnancy was completely normal and doing well."
"I did, why? What's wrong?" Rory asked in confusion.
"The pregnant lady had a haemorrhage today. Dr. Reilly had a look at her and said that it was an ectopic pregnancy. A few of the other doctors tried saving her, but the lady still isn't showing any signs of life. H
