Joe did it in a hurry. He then looked around worriedly to see if anyone had caught him in the act.
Rory cursed at him in his heart. Did that b*stard really think that no one saw him do that?
Just then, Sadie came over and saw Rory standing at the door without entering. She raised her foot and kicked him, scolding him angrily, "Rory Allen, what are you doing?"
Rory turned to look at Sadie and chuckled softly. "Nothing much, Ms. Bowen. There's just something I want to tell you."
"What is it?" Sadie asked casually before directly walking in.
Before Rory could say anything, Joe had already called her inside.
Well, there was no chance for him to tell her now.
Rory had no choice but to follow her closely.
It seemed that Sadie was walking much more normally than before. Did she manage to
