Last night after Godfrey gave me the order to search for Kai, I knew I would need all the help I could get. I couldn’t think about it much last night though, since we were all finally getting to be with Ellie intimately on some level.
I understood where Godfrey was coming from but it didn’t help make me feel better about lying to her for so long and keeping that secret. I felt like we had a lot to make up for with Ellie.
I was super jealous that the guys got to stay behind with her all day but I was doing this for her. Well, it was my assignment anyhow but now it had turned into something so much more.
