AURELIA’S POV
“Are you sure you’re okay?” The Nurse asked worriedly, looking reluctant to let me go.
“I’m okay. I was just a bit emotional, probably because of the things happening these days.” I explained and quickly turned around to leave. I couldn’t stay any longer or the men outside might enter and ask what was going on. The last thing I wanted was for anyone else to find out I cried... It was embarrassing.
I left the room and saw the men waiting for me outside. “Let’s go,” I said to them and they nodded as they led me to the place Gabriel was.
It was far away from the block I lived in and it was my first time going there. We had to enter a car to drive there even though it was inside the same compound. “What do they do in that place?” I asked one of the men beside me.
