Carolyn's POV
The coming two days I have been pretty warm and full of love. I stayed in the VIP ward with mom. She never left my side at once.
I was fine to leave but don't know why mom forced me to stay in the hospital for two days. Well, I got to know the reason on the third day when it was time for my discharge.
I was waiting for her in my room when her voice carried to me. She was out there with dad, they both were arguing.
"You're spoiling that girl rotten, Taylor. She'll sit on my head and disregard me all the time if you give her such freedom. Don't forget that she's..." He fell quiet. But I think I know what he wanted to say: Not ours so you mustn't show such kindness to her.
