Vivienne sighed as she stared out of the airplane window. She was finally heading back to Cedar Hollow—back to Grayson. They’d spent the last few weeks traveling separately, visiting struggling B&Bs to assess problems and find solutions. It was fulfilling work, but exhausting, and the distance between them felt heavier with each passing day.
Grayson had finally inherited Blackwood Estates & Resorts, along with all the properties under its umbrella, while she was diving headfirst into revitalizing Woodland Manor. Their schedules were packed, their time together reduced to fleeting calls and even fewer stolen moments.
