I was ready to give up and go back home, but almost ten years ago I finally found her. Well, I thought I had, but it all turned out to be one huge lie. The woman I thought was my mate was actually a dragon hunter, but instead of killing me, like her kind is meant to, she has kept me captive. Night after night I have only had one thing, one person on my mind and that was Aquilla. I loved her and yet I left her in search of my mate, hurting her and making her unhappy, but I bet she is happy now and has found her mate by now.
