Ella stood there with her back against a tree in a shadowy form blending in with the color of the tree trunk looking at them. She couldn’t move even if she could slip away easily, but to be on the safe side she decided to remain there in her hiding spot. She had managed to retrieve her bracelet just in the nick of time before the first man on horseback appeared.
