CHAPTER TWENTY-FOUR Boris leads the men through more secret passages towards the market. They exit the passage into an alleyway. Coming to a four-way crossing, Boris puts out his arm, and the others skitter to a stop behind him. Niloy march their way through the streets of the marketplace. They look into every alley, behind every door, and in every nook and cranny. Boris looks past the crossing ahead of them at the sewer gate. Blocked. Back in the castle.
