Humans have ruled the world for hundreds and thousands of years. They fought for land, oil, and countries. They hey enslaved their kind and different races to gain money.

In 1700 the U.S. fought to become dependent on Britain. In 1800 the slave trade was booming but split the state in half and fought against each other until the South surrendered to the North and they became whole again.

At the beginning of 1900 World War 1 started and didn't finish until 1919 The us began revolutionizing and in 1920 began the booming twenties until the stock market crashed in 1939 causing the US to go broke. Due to the poor agriculture in Oklahoma and other states; the land had become dry causing dust storms that could seen in New York.

The US slowly picked itself up with the help of the government. by then the world was at war once more when WW11 started The German leader Hitler had forced the Jews into concentration camps and killed thousands. The US and many other countries banded together creating allies to fight Germany, japan, and a few other countries. The war didn't end until 1962. It was one of the bloodiest wars in history the hundreds of thousands of people dying. At then of WW11. Only a decade later the US went to war with Korea and started the Vietnam war. It lasted until the 1970s.

While back home in the US; race riots begin. After the war vets came home broken and race riots and speeches grew. Until African Americans had equal rights as white men. It was later in the 1980s when they got their rights. White American women decided to get equal rights as well and fought and won as well.

At the turn of the twentieth century, The begin of oil war began and lasted until 2014. A year before was the first black president. He helped get the us troops out of Iran. It helps ease the tensions but only for a little while.

Due to the new president Trump in 2024. The US was again at the brink of war with Russia and Korea. Nuclear war was present but no one had dropped Atomic bombs since Hiroshima.

Instead, Russia and Korea had built human hybrids. They had made a pill to create super soldiers. The Russian government and Korea teamed us to send a few hundred people over to America with the pills. They had planned to take out the US government with the super soldiers. But they had not realized the effects the pills had.

The super soldiers killed millions of people almost causing humans to go instinct. They had made an allegiance with the werewolves and vampires to kill the hybrids. After three decades the hyrids hide leaving no trace of themselves. The number of humans had dwindled to 1,500 people. They had once been the top race but soon had change due to humans mistake.

The vampires and werewolves decided it was their time to rule, making humans their pets. Humans had agreed as long as they protected them from the infected hybrids.

Within a few decades, vampires and werewolves had finished cleaning the remaining cities up and making them safe. Soon after a disease came and killed half the human population only leaving 500 humans alive in 2091. The immortals begin making medicine to help humans survive.

After a century, humans have reached 1000 and are steadily growing thanks to the immortals. Over time humans will once again populate the earth, but so with the hybrids until every last one of them is killed. As of today, the human population as reached only 20'000 as if 3025.

Lilly shut the book, shocked at what humans had done. They have been the true reason why humans have almost gone extinct. There were animal species that had hundreds of thousands of them. The human population compared to the immortals was laughable still. Lilly groaned, feeling her head hurt from the new information. She put the book back in my bag before getting dressed for bed. It had only taken her two hours to read human history and Chester and Darius weren't back yet. Lilly yawned, feeling sleepy. Lilly pulled on her loaned pjs from chester and a baggy boy t-shirt. He insisted on her borrowing his clothes since he borrowed her clothes. Lilly laughed at herself in the mirror. They were too big and made her look homeless, but they felt comfy.

Lilly turned off the light, feeling her way back to the window bed before lying down. Lilly pulled Rocky to her before slowly falling to sleep.
