Valencia woke up disoriented not so sure of what happened last night, was she really that

pathetic that she was starting to have dreams about him. She had dreamed he was in her room and kissing her in her sleep, silly dreams how was she to face him at school today. Can it be Friday already, Valencia was starting to not like this school year even further and it was only day two of it. She can just fake sickness to miss school but that wont help cause at some point she

will have to go to school and face him, beside he doesn’t know about the dream. She waited on Carly as usual she was on time. The drive to school seemed very short this time, it must the guilty conscious. Valencia didn’t want to spend anytime outside so she hided straight to class before school even start. “Guess great minds think alike.” s**t this was not the plan, now what. She just walked straight to her sit as if he hasn’t spoken, what was she to say or do at times like this. “I’m sorry I didn’t introduce myself yesterday, my name is Neymax, who may this beautiful lady be?” Beautiful lady who was he fooling, was this round two of let me get into her pants. The details were really accurate and those lips, they had been on hers. Those green eyes also they seemed so real last night. “Am I boring you Valencia?” he had called her name and she liked how it sounded on his lips. “No, I just have a lot on my mind lately.” “I don’t mean to sound forward but do you mind having lunch with me today, I know of a hidden spot. Please say yes.” “Is not like you are giving me many options so fine I will have lunch with but we need to disappear before my friend see us, she would want to join us.” “Trust me on this.” Yep, you have done it Valencia, what if he is a murder and you just allowed him to take you to your murder scene. Through out class Valencia had butterflies, how could she not. Lunch came faster as well. They made their disappearing act. She was all silent through out the journey. They arrived at a spot in the middle of the woods, no one came this side of school. How did he even know about this spot? He had a picnic blanket with him, wow he was so sure about this.

Neymax watched her from the corner of his eyes as he was preparing their little picnic, she

seemed deep in her thoughts. “All done come sit, I promise I don’t bite.” “Since when does a

wolf not bite?” “Shut up Max.” This was not the time nor the place for his wolf to be making jokes. “I hope you like chicken sandwich cause that’s the best I could come up with.” She was a little tense for his liking. “Relax I’m not going to hurt, just want to spend time with you that’s all.” “Why do you want to spend time with me Neymax.” “Because that’s what friends do.” “Stupid human me.” “What? Isn’t that the plan.” “sometimes I wonder why the moon goddess gave me to you as my human.” “What have I done wrong.” “You fool told her that you want to be her friend, now she is disappointed. I hope you don’t mind me call you Max I like it.” She looked on the blanket after saying that and he didn’t have it in him to correct her. “Look I’m sorry about that friend thing I said, I like you a lot and I want to get to know you first, please allow me to spend time with you.” That was a bold move, he hoped it doesn’t scare her at all. “Ok, we can meet here tomorrow for lunch.” “I will have something for us so don’t worry about any of, is almost time lets go back. Do you want me to drop you off after school?” “Carly will kill me if I disappear twice in one day.” Guess is good he was competing with a female friend not a guy. It was after school and he was training with Nick. “I get you are the future alpha but it doesn’t mean you have to train like a mad man, take it easy man.” He just laughed at his friend, couldn’t tell him that now it was not just about him but his mate as well. He had to be twice strong for her and their future children, and how is that going to work out are they going to be humans or werewolves. He wondered if tonight he should go and visit his flower in garden but choose against it, might be risky for both of them.
