Persephone huffed in frustration, "You make it sound like I'm robbing the corporate treasury or stealing from these kids I want to enroll in my school! I'm doing nothing of the sort! I can subcontract the education responsibilities from towers and the corporations, handle a hundred thousand students, operate with a sixteen hour academic, athletic and after school study program. I'll double teachers' pay, increase academic standards, and still turn a profit from a subcontracted rate from what corporations are allocated to educate students."
