Michael sneaked out of the cafeteria amidst the uproar. He wasn't even aware that his friends followed until he was safely outside and looked behind to see Jadis and Lye hot on his heels. He stared at them in amusement. "I thought everyone will stay and continue clapping."
"We should leave this premises ASAP." Jadis looked behind at the cafeteria where noise was still emanating from. "They shouldn't discover that you are missing."
"Then we better run," Michael chuckled, turned around and started a mad race for the dorms. He managed to make it to the back of the dining hall before slumping down to gather his breath.
