"After analyzing certain samples from your blood test, I must once more congratulate you on your impending baby." As Doctor Andrew grinned and informed us of the situation, I nodded in his direction.
"Normally, at your first prenatal consultation, the doctors would take
a record of your medical history, but because of your surrogacy, we already had your information on file, and we had previously decided that you are healthy." Before going forward, he interrupted.
