Oh my god you finally did it Helene. Jasmine and I jumped with joy after exiting the bank together.
Realization had just dawned on her that we were halfway out of the gutter and now on a clear path to what I'd say was betterment.
I almost wanted to cry! We finally were able to pay off all our debts and would be graduating from college!
" you're a lifesaver, thank you!" She kissed me on the cheek.
"You don't know how much it feels like having the security that you won't be thrown out of college and maybe living forever in that crappy apartment." I sighed.
We had just left classes, paid off our tuition and now we were on our way home to pack our things and move into our new apartment.
