Chapter 1

308 Words
The girl — old enough to plow deep in the Earth to hide a corpse — stirred, clutching a pillow and almost shredding soft material. It was almost midday and Razial was yet to react to her current predicament. A sick mind is still a mind, whether her or her triplet little siblings fought. A wine red hue could be seen from under the thousand Egyptian thread count, the sheets moving as the occupant kicked at it. Not even close to waking up yet she was still as tired as when she laid there for hours. Tch. The brunette glared at the bright yellow walls as the curtains folded their shields to let the rays of sunlight gleam through. A f*****g nightmare, if she was honest. Whoever placed her in this room should know that, without a doubt, she cannot be disturbed in her slumber by some bright morning light and annoyingly good atmosphere. Razial sighed softly, the rumbles of her stomach made her weak with delight. "Whatever torture happens next better be of fires or poison, I f*****g hate this shit." She has yet to see what brunch is served. Maybe a little bit of those Skinned Lambs from Aunt Morticia or those Crackling Seagulls from Grandma Frump's very own recipe book. Razial could only sigh at the memories that rushed to her head. Sweet, sweet poison with a side of despair to taste. She sat up glanced at the metallic door, seems like they would need to up their ante if they wanna keep someone like Razial in place. Or, out of it. A smile emerged from her bloody, bitten lips as ideas flooded her mind. Her stomach rumbling after hibernating. Her eyes glowed, blood red and gold shone. A hunt after a comatose-like nap sounds very appealing. After all, playing with food did encourage appetites.
