The Muses: Titans Return

Chapter 15

“Anastasia, what are you-” Hades starts to say but Vhagar roars above me my eyes still neon purple.

“The Titans wants us to fear them! I am the daughter of Hades and a very powerful sorceress who happens to be the daughter of Typhon, son of Gaea and Tartarus. I control more than just this island father.” I say looking at the Titans.

Each of the Titans stare at me breathing heavily. Zeus finally turns around and sees what everyone else is seeing. Three dragons and me with on hand up in a closed fist looking at my father with neon purple eyes.

"Daughter of Typhon? Maleficent is Typhon's daughter!?" Zeus gasps. "Iapetus, this is your last chance to surrender." Iapetus looks away from me and to Zeus chokes back a laugh.

"You expect me to believe that this child controls dragons! You expect me to surrender based on an act!" Iapetus laughs. Without moving my eyes catch Iapetus eyes and I quirk a smile.

I lift up one finger and Vhagar opens his mouth taking a deep breath in, I lift up two fingers and slowly you can see fire forming in the back of his throat, I drop both fingers and Vhagar completely stops and shakes his head.

"Bo." My eyes purple eyes brighten and there is a flash of green and Vhagar takes to the sky flying around the field. My eyes flash green again, "Yol," as the command rolls off my tongue Vhagar lights the darkening sky with flames. "Golt!" I yell and Vhagar lands behind the Titans.

"Speak again on how I do not control dragons." Iapetus glares at me and huffs lunging for Zeus. Suddenly the entire field is fighting again and as if in slow motion I see Hyperion put a sword through Hades, I watch Cerberus chase after him and then I watch Iapetus smirk at me as he drove his sword through Cerberus. I glare and sprout my wings crashing into him throwing us closer to the beach.

Deimos curses and tries running to us getting stopped often to fight others. I take my moment to grab Iapetus' arm I motion at Vhagar and he covers Iapetus pinning him down. I pull his arm until I feel his shoulder rip and pop until I am holding it above him. Vhagar rips Iapetus apart the rest of the way. I drop Iapetus' arm as I float in the air slightly above everyone and when I turn I see we have defeated all but the Titans and even then we have ripped apart Iapetus and Crius.

I glance over at Deimos as he stares at me in awe, but before I could warn him Hyperion puts a sword through his stomach. The world stopped forever as I screamed watching as Deimos collapsed to the ground. Suddenly Ares, Dimitrios, Nikolas, and Alexander have Hyperion surrounded as Phobos takes the sword out of Deimos' stomach and slices it across Hyperion's throat taking his head clean off. Each person after takes a part off until he was nothing but pieces. I fly by quickly grabbing Deimos from the ground and over the wall into a stretcher.

"Someone hurry! Deimos was stabbed!" I scream holding my hand on his stomach as he groaned in pain. "Deimos, stay with us!" Hygieia runs towards us and starts pushing Deimos into the turret behind us.

"Anastasia! I need you to go I got this!" Hygieia yells at me as I stare at Deimos' pale face. "Anya!" I shake my head and I step back looking down at my hands covered in his blood. I run out the turret and head towards the gate hearing cheering and yelling.

"WE HAVE DONE IT! IF IT WASN'T FOR ANASTASIA WE WOULD HAVE LOST SEVERAL OTHERS!" Zeus yells to the sea of Gods and Goddesses. I make my way blindly to Jace, who was using Circe to help heal his witches. He watches me carefully.

"Anya, are you ok?" Jace asked holding his arm out catching my arm.

"Deimos is in the turret. If you need assistance go there. Goddess of Health is there." I say not looking at him. He gives a nod and I walk to were Cerberus is laying on the ground.

I crouched down and I pet him a few times before Zagerus comes up behind me, "Sis, let Chimera and Griffin take him to get help." I look up at him and nod. Zagerus and Hydra load Cerberus between Chimera and Griffin. Phobos runs to me his eyes wide.

"Anya- Where-" Phobos looks around panicked. His emerald eyes bright with unshed tears and fear.

"Bo, Right Turret. Hygieia is working on him." I said pulling him into a hug. "Go find Melinoe. Now." I push him towards the wall and I head toward the beach finding Vhagar. He shakes his head watching everyone.

"Vhagar! Mirmulnir! Morghul! Kogan fah hin aak krif fin Titans!" I say giving each of them a bow.

"Ruz tiid hi control mu med daar without un consent mu fen ni hesitate wah naak hi." Vhagar says lifting his head up clearly agitated.

"Nii ni something zu'u dreh voth kah. Zu'u apologize, Vhagar." I say nodding and backing away. The three of them take off into the night sky. I look around and I don't see Alpha Elijah. The Conservation team was picking up their injured members and I head to the wall.

When I got into the courtyard of the wall I see Bo standing outside the turret with his head in his hands. Melinoe stood next to him and was rubbing his shoulders whispering something. On the other side I see Ares hugging Aphrodite who was crying into his chest. For a split moment my world crashed around me. Hygieia walks out of the turret and she finds my eyes before anyone else and as she wipes the blood off her hands she gives a small smile and gives a slight nod before walking back into the turret. I let go of a breath I didn't realize I was holding. Breathing a sigh of relief that Deimos was going to be alright.
