Hayes' POV I couldn't help but feel culpable as I lay in bed that night. I had shown my emotions to Bianca, and I felt like a bully. I had kissed her forcefully, and she had pushed me away. I knew I had crossed a line, and I didn't know how to take it back. Before I went to bed, I knocked on Bianca's bedroom door, hoping to apologize and make things right. But she didn't respond. I didn't blame her. I wouldn't have wanted to talk to me either. The next morning, we had breakfast together, but the atmosphere was tense.
