Undeniable Role

Bonus Character: "I have a question about the sudden change of their personality"

Old woman: "You mean your friends? I knew it, as for someone without a role I can see why your so confused about it."

Bonus Character: "You know the answer...?"

Old woman: "Let me transfer you to another dimension where time doesn't move"

"Wha-"

*A huge dark violet dome engulf both of them*

"What is this?"

Old Woman: "Don't worry, theres nothing to be afraid. I casted a simple spell that while we were inside this small dimension it will stop the time itself."

Bonus Character: "Is this necessary for answering my question?"

Old woman: "You'll see"

*A series of images appears around the dome*

"I will show you a fragment of the history of this magical world"

[Long ago, humans live their life without a purpose. In that time you can be anyone you want, anything you can be]

[However, that didn't last. All those endless war, the pain and suffering without knowing how and when will you die.]

[The humans wishes a very strange thing to the "Creator", they want some changes about their lifetime. They want a goal, something that they will act until they die. A certain role they need to play simple because they don't want to choose their own destiny]

[The "Creator" granted their wishes. When a human born in this world they will be assigned to a certain role. A hero, a villain, an ally of the hero, a side character, a future king or someone that will fulfill a prophecy.]

[Until now, on this very day every single human had a single purpose they need to achieve. That is what I call an "Undeniable Role"]

Bonus Character: "Unbelievable... I'm a human without a goal. I don't have a certain purpose. I can be anything I want!"

Old woman: "That's right, In this world you just a bonus character"

*The dome vanishes and everything went back to normal*

Edgy Rival: "Hey Delson!, Why do you keep staring at that old woman?"

Bonus Character: "Uhh... nothing. Thanks for answering my question."

Old woman: "Don't mention it. I hope we meet again"

Bonus Character: "Yeah..."

*Delson left the small shop of the old woman and follows the two*

Bonus Character: "Wait for me!"

Obvious Hero: "This place is a mess! I can see anyone around here where are they"

Edgy Rival: "Maybe they all went to hide in an underground castle or something"

Bonus Character: "We should meet up with Laria. She must be in despair right now knowing that everything was devastated and all the residents were nowhere to be found"

Obvious Hero: "Only if we know where she lives"

Edgy Rival: "We should ask the old woman again she seems to know everything, right?"

Bonus Character: "She's gone... I can't see her carriage anymore"

Edgy Rival: "The heck is that"

Obvious Hero: "I guess we have no choice to look for her ourselves"

Bonus Character: "All right, here have some of this. If you push this gem it will emit a straight line of light all the way to above the sky it will be our signal if one of us found her"

*Norean and Wryan picks up the yellow gem made from Delson's spell*

Obvious Hero: "Got it, I'm going this way"

*Points on the north direction*

Edgy Hero: "Then I'm on the opposite direction"

Bonus Character: "I'll look straight ahead"

*The three of them scatter around the devastated kingdom each having their own way*

*After just a few minutes the hero saw a girl standing in front of a house that resembles Laira a little bit*

Obvious Hero: "Is that her?"

*Meanwhile, on the southern part of the kingdom Wryan also found a girl which have the same look as Laria*

Edgy Rival: "Hey Laria! We've been looking for you!"

*In the east side of the kingdom. Delson also find a girl but this time he can clearly saw her face*

Bonus Character: "Laria! Let's meet up with the others"

Timid Heroine: "Okay..."

*Delson was about to push the gem until suddenly two lights shines all the way to sky coming from the north and south direction revealing the position of Norean and Wryan*

Bonus Character: "What? They also found her? Impossible!"

*On the center of the kingdom a woman stands on the a tall tower observing the two lights*

"My plan is perfect!"

*The woman teleports to the Northern part of the Sorcerer Kingdom revealing her identity to Norean. The illusion of laria vanishes *

Obvious Hero: "What happened? Its not real?"

"I never thought I could easily fool you like this"

"Who are you?"

"I'm Arcana. One of the greatest dark warrior of the 112th king of darkness. Nice meeting you obvious hero"

Obvious Hero: "Oh, you act like you had a huge advantage but you're just a low class dark warrior!"

Arcana: "Such an impudent person! How dare you insult a delicate lady like me"

Obvious Hero: "Enough chitchat! As long as your from the dark army I will fight you head on!"

Arcana: "Enjoy a rain of arrows little boy!"

"Rain of Burning Dark Arrows!"

Obvious Hero: "Huh? Its just the same spell the king of darkness used to me! Don't you have some originality?"

Arcana: "It may be the same but this one had more accuracy"

*Even after dodging all the arrows all of it came back to chase the hero again*

Obvious Hero: "Don't tell me you've forgotten about my plot armor. A hero shall not be hurt by this simple spells"

Arcana: "i***t, you plot armor only works with the king of darkness since he cannot kill you until you've made some progress"

*One of the arrows pierced the left shoulder of the hero*

*The hero grunts*

Obvious Hero: "What? My plot armor is not working? But old grandpa master said that as long as I keep being the hero my plot armor will never disappear!"

Arcana: "Another thing about the plot armor is that its the only thing keeps you from dying. I may not have the power kill you but I can permanently injured your body so that you will lose the ability to fight again"
