The Beast Lands

A Freak?

The small village was in a growth spurt.

Since word spread about their indoor plumbing, now the newest invention with the clothes machine even more beasts were migrating to make a new home there.

Most were single beastment, some came with their mates.

When Madison made her way to Amber's home she encountered several beasts she had never seen before, and several women too. The wolf beastmen that helped her build the machines were wearing clothes, they had found a mate.

The beasts saw Madison and they felt some regret, instead they felt grateful, because of her they found mates that doted on them.

Madison saw Kaden and Taylor building homes with several other beastmen, some mated and some not. The homes were simple, but with the added plumbing made them a luxury. She smiled to herself, her mates were the best looking men here, and that was saying something. The men had so much masculinity and s****l drive in combination with their rugged good looks. They would all be married or enjoying one night flings back in her world.

These women, and herself, were really lucky to have mates that dotted and pampered them so much. She realized that she had been too busy worrying about unimportant things, she forgot to stop and smell the roses.

Tonight, she promised herself.

Hopefully Kevin will arrive soon.

Hopefully she will know if she is pregnant by tomorrow.

Thinking about her mates excited faces when she told them the news made her skip a beat and hum as she knocked on the door.

The giant smile on her face was open and loving as she heard her daughters giggles and the cubs mewls. Those poor boys she thought as she entered the home, and saw the chaos inside.

Misty was trying to ride on the smaller cub, in a similar fashion of how she would climb and jump off of Kevin in his beast form. Ginger was crawling all over Amber and one of her mates, Ryan, and pulling his hair, while another cub was chasing after her.

'I want boys too' thought Madison as she looked at the screaming, laughing, yelling family. 'This will be us too' she vowed to herself.

Hmmm, scorpion babies might be a bit too intimidating for the girls to play with, but since they would be siblings, it should be ok...Madison entered the fray and started playing with the kids on the floor.

Her strength now made her near invincible, even with the cubs claws and teeth. Typically boys would not play with their mom since she would get injured, instead they would play with their dads and learn at the same time.

But in the small house the cubs got to a rough house and played with a female. Ryan and Amber sat in awe as Madison's skin remained unblemished. 'How can I make sure Amber is tough like this too?' Ryan pondered.

"I brought snacks, are you kiddos hungry?" Madison laughed as she asked, reaching behind her for the cut up fruits and meats, the children running at her and piling on top of her, a smorgasboard of hands and paws, talking and mewling. 'This is living' she thought as Ryan and Amber got up to help feed the young ones.

Madison talked in more detail about her transformation and answered the couples questions.

"All of my mates marked me. This only happened once I was marked by Kevin, I think it could be his scorpion mark that was the catalyst to my body changing" she said thoughtfully. "I felt my mates' feelings with their markings, but after Kevin, even my mood and thinking changed. I was...feeling like I wanted to die, or for them to reject me because I wasn't good enough. I had so many negative emotions, most around not being good enough for my mates. But once I was done...transforming? I felt their power surge inside me" Madison looked at the couple looking at her.

Amber's eyes were wide as she listened.

"I have Amon's strength, so much power; and Taylor's vision. I can even see in the dark now...and my vision is so sharp. Anyways, I have a bit of each of my mates now."

Amber looked at Ryan, "Let's try it. None of you have bit and marked me, so let's try it. We can see if the changes only occur if a scorpion beast is a mated partner or not." What she didn't say is that if a scorpion beast was needed, she would be asking Kevin to help her find a mate from his tribe. She wanted to play with her cubs like Madison did. She wanted to have more equal footing!

Madison enjoyed her time with Amber, telling about her insecurities and thoughts, but she was ready for home.

Madison held one little hand in each of hers, with her back bent and walked out of the house, the cubs crying out their dissatisfaction. Madison went towards her mates building homes, all four were busy with construction or digging ditches. The smell of their sweat made her mouth water.

In the village center, Madison found a large rock and seating area for the girls to play as while she lusted after her mate's sexy body. 'I swear drool is going to pour from my mouth' she giggled to herself.

As she watched, Madison noticed that the chief and her six mates were watching her. 'Ah, this can get uncomfortable,' she thought as she motioned for them to come sit with her.

Kevin saw the interaction and decided to take a break and headed over to his mate and her daughters. If the chief wanted to speak to his mate, she would have an audience, he thought, as he linked the others and told them what he saw. I watched as Amon jumped down from a nearby roof and Kaden sauntered from behind a house. Taylor was already headed over to the table and loving on Misty and Ginger.

The villagers watched the interaction, a pregnant pause was felt throughout the villagers.

"Good afternoon Madison...I apologize for the misunderstanding...and the banishment is no longer in place. I regret not looking into the matter more" the chief stated, but her tone was not apologetic, instead it was confrontational. Madison was confused by the tone. She thought she and the chief were friends, but maybe it was only a one sided friendship.

"Thank you" Madison replied, uneasy at the looks she was receiving from her mates. It appeared they didn't want her here anymore.

"Perhaps a change in leadership is required" Kaden stated. He only stayed in this village because he and Taylor were friends, but as an alpha it was irksome to follow a weak leader. Since mating with Madison, their family had been the leaders, the innovators, and the ones that have helped the most. Even Madison's mates were all alphas, or in Taylor's spot a very strong beta, one that could rule if an alpha was injured.

Madison had two alpha mates, who gave up their right to rule their own tribes/village to become her mates, and one demon mate that was astronomically stronger and more powerful than most alpha's. Combine that with Taylor's natural abilities, she had the strongest pairings in this village, and most likely any other.

The fact that a scorpion chose her instead of his tribe's chosen mate was already widespread.

Now she came back from a banishment with an intricate mate marking that none had ever heard of before. Madison was an unknown force, and the chief was scared of losing her minimal power. She had lived a life of extreme luxury in her role, and was able to snatch any mate she wanted, but now that Madison showed up...her mates still cared for her, but she caught their eyes straying over too many times to ignore. They could only mate once...right?

If that is the case, then why did Madison's lavender scent change to lilly...and why did her mates have a  new scent as well...except Taylor...maybe he was the link, the unfavored mate! Thinking of this, the chief decided to play on his status, make him voluntarily leave Madison and mate with her, then she would find out if beastment could choose another mate!

She smiled her seductive smile over at Taylor, a hungry look devouring his muscular torso...Madison saw the change in the chief. 'What is she planning now?'

Taylor seeing the look directed towards him, and the sneers from her mate, was baffled. He was a mated jaguar. How could he be interested in another female, Madison's scent called out to him, even in its new form, in fact it called to him even more so now. He was barely able to contain himself from bending her over and entering her in front of everyone.

He could smell her ovulation, he could smell her arousal from watching them work. All this was making his body hard, but looking at the chief and  her attempt at seduction made his c**k shrivel. 'Nasty' he thought.

Taylor got back on track, hearing the heated discussion from his family and the chiefs. Interrupting the noise, Taylor spoke to the surrounding crowd, "I believe our village has changed. We are growing, but our leadership is stagnant. My family, my mate has made many inventions for us, we have all benefited from her knowledge. Recently, even when sick, she designed an invention that has made our females lives better, and less dangerous. My mate cares for her family, and for all of the villagers. She even helped two of our wolves find mates. She does not want to be chief, but I will no longer live in a village that is weak and run by a weak person. By consensus, I would like the villagers to stand together. We are growing, more beastmen are coming to our village daily. My family will be the ones that can protect us. My family has two alphas and one supreme alpha. The two alphas have been trained since young to take over their tribes, but chose Madison instead. Please, choose Kaden or Kevin as our village's new chief and protectors!"

The crowd had quieted down at his words, their hearts pumping with agreement. Madison's mates were the strongest and the first to help the villagers. If any family needed help, they would go to Taylor's home before the chief.

The winds of change were brewing. Madison looked around at the families, the young ones holding onto their moms legs or held in baskets. She then looked over at the chief, her seductive and conniving look replaced with...loathing and fear.

The chief could feel the blood drain from her head, her heart was spattering. 'Is this the end? Is this how my legacy is destroyed?' She had devoted her entire life to the village after realizing she could not conceive. Now, this female, this abnormal female was pushing her away?

"This abnormal...this freak...this female is a danger to all of us. Look at her! She even changed her scent! She is disgusting. How can a female birth two female cubs from different fathers? She is a danger to all of us!" the chief yelled, sweat pouring from her brow, spittle spewing from her mouth as she spoke her venomous words.

The villagers listened...and they observed...and they judged.

"Kaden has always helped out the village, even when young. I would accept him as chief"

"Kaden taught my cub how to hunt when my mate died...I would accept him"

On and on the villagers spoke of the deeds Kaden had done, Kevin was not overlooked, but he had not grown up in the village, and his demeanor showed he was uninterested in becoming the village chief. If he were to rule, it would be his own tribe.

Madison sat in awe...she meant to apologize for her actions and talk to the chief like they once did...this was unexpected. Instead she was verbally attacked, even her daughters. She looked around at the villagers and smiled, "Kaden would be a strong and just chief, and my family and I will help him make this village even stronger!" her voice sang out. The villagers had chosen.

Chief Kaden would lead them into greater heights.

The no longer chief, Sandra, looked around at the smiling faces, her pride destroyed. She could either ignore her pride...or get justice. This was not over!
