Chapter 31
Richard’s point of view
A loud blast came from the door revealing a wild fire spreading across the whole room. I climbed on a table with the emanating heat started sipping under my skin. The door has been busted open but the whole ground is now laced in a ferocious spreading fire. More blasts kept coming in from different places as the table I’m standing on begin to catch fire. Why didn’t I install a fire quenching system in this house.
Is this how I’m going to die.
My enemies won’t have that victory smile! Never!
Looking around me and covering my nose with my arm, I waved the files with me to clear the hazy smoke blocking my vision. The table I’m standing on broke on almost making me lose balance and fall into the fire.
