Vivian’s point of view
“Calm down Vee, it’s just a date and nothing more…” Amber said for the umpteenth time, hoping to calm my nerve about the rushing seconds closing up on the date I’m having with him.
How can I be calm when I have no date-events clothing. Or anything to tush my face to be more glamorous.
This is a disaster and my fault. I was the one who told him I wish to explore him more.
Or maybe I should pick a phone and call him that I’m sick and won’t be able to go on any date. ‘Which phone and what number?’ That was my stupid brain mocking me and remembering me of my doom.
Sally was also seated on my bed with Amber staring intently at me with her arms crossed over her chest, watching me pace to and fro around my room with my fingers nibbling on my lips.
