Chapter Nineteen I want a do-over. I want to wake up next to Roxi at the beginning of this day and do things differently. I want to not argue with Roxi, and I want to not give Stockton top-shelf whiskey when he’s clearly upset about something. But in spite of my bravado, Stockton’s accusations have rattled me. If Vince and Dmitri are dealing in humans, I f*****g want to know about it, because I will shut that s**t down.
