The atmosphere in the pack’s lounge was welcoming and warm, with the soft glow of the lights creating a cozy atmosphere. Denise and Brandon sat on the plush couch, waiting for Eva to come back.
They believed she had gone off with the servant to place an order and also arrange their drinks since she had mentioned that she wanted a specific drink, and since it wasn’t served in the lounge, she had told them that she would make it herself.
Denise had initially declined to have alcohol since she wasn’t in a good mood, but Eva, with her persuasive charm, had convinced her to indulge a little, citing her own discomfort with being the only one drinking with Brandon, who she noted was a bad drunk.
