I woke up wrapped in Colton’s arms, and I'm not sure if it's because of the bond, or how tired I was, but I woke feeling more refreshed than usual.
The sun hasn’t fully risen, so I press a soft kiss to Colton’s cheek and quietly sneak out of bed, deciding to wake the man up with breakfast. He must have been just as exhausted as me because he didn’t even notice when I left, letting me know that, not just his body, but his mind needed time to recover as well.
