“I think we should stay away from hotels altogether,” April said as she shot down yet another one of Lance’s suggestions. “That makes no sense!” argued Lance. “Some of the best places on these lists are hotels.” “Well, after what happened here, can you blame me?” she asked. “It shouldn’t be that difficult to find an isolated bungalow-” “That also comes with a waiting staff, and all the comforts we live with today,” Lance finished her sentence for her dryly. “Well, you said it, not me,” April shrugged, ignoring the other man’s eye roll as he went back to the laptop to dig up something they would both be satisfied with. “And, I know this goes without saying, but knowing you, I think it has to be said anyway.
